Hardware Tab

The Hardware tab within the enrollee profile will show all relevant information to any assigned hardware to the enrollee. Hardware can be assigned to an enrollee from this tab as well. To assign hardware from this tab refer to the article here

Hardware Tab

When viewing the Hardware Tab in the enrollee profile, main three sub-tabs will display. The following information is visible in each tab:

Device

  1. Device Communication
    1. Device ID: IMEI Number
    2. Size: (ShadowCuff ONLY)
    3. Firmware Version: 
    4. Activated on: Date/Time
    5. Last Location: Date/Time
    6. Last Communication: Date/Time
    7. Battery: Percentage of device battery currently
    8. Band: (Specific to ShadowCuff) Open/Closed
  2. "Actions" dropdown button
    1. Unassign: Unassign the assigned device
    2. Send Message: Send SMS message to ShadoWatch
    3. Request Location: Send Silent Location Request to device
    4. Unlock: (Specific to ShadowCuff) Remotely unlock the device with software command
    5. Vibrate: (Specific to ShadowCuff) Send a vibration alert to the device
    6. Send Siren: (Specific to ShadowCuff) Send audible siren to the device
    7. Pursuit Mode: (Specific to ShadowCuff) Activating this setting reduces the location frequency of the ShadowCuff to 15-second intervals, allowing for 4 locations per minute when pursuing an absconding enrollee
  3. "Settings"
    1. Device ID: Lists the Device ID
    2. Location Frequency: Select the location frequency from 1 - 45 minutes
    3. SOS - This feature is currently in development
  4. "Messages"
    1. Messages can be written and sent to the ShadoWatch for the enrollee to read. A history of all messages can be found under this tab with date/time, value, created by and message type information.
Notes
Currently messages are only functional for the ShadoWatch due to the watch having an LCD that can display messages.
  1. "Calls"
    1. Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls are logged within these tabs
  2. "Charging"
    1. Start Time, End Time, Fully Charged Time, Ending Percent and Duration (in minutes) are all displayed within this tab
    2. This can be exported into a spreadsheet with all above information listed
  3. "Activation"
    1. Start Date, End Date, Device ID, Activated By and Suspended By information is listed within this tab
  4. "Assignment"
    1. Device ID, Assigned Date, Assigned By, Unassigned Date and Unassigned by information is listed within this tab

Phone

  1. Phone Information
    1. IMEI: The phone's IMEI number is listed here
    2. Last Location: Date/Time
    3. Phone Battery: Percentage of phone currently
    4. Tether Battery: Percentage of ShadowTether battery
  2. "Actions" dropdown button
    1. Unassign: Unassign the ShadowPhone
  3. "Settings"
    1. Device ID: Lists the Device ID
    2. Location Frequency: Select the location frequency from 1 - 60 minutes
  4. "Assignment" 
    1. Device ID, Assigned Date, Assigned By, Unassigned Date and Unassigned by information is listed within this tab
  5. "WiFi Configuration"
    1. An officer can configure a WiFi network for a ShadowPhone to connect to. The Network ID, SSID and WiFi password can be set up in this tab.

Tether

  1. This tab displays the history of any tethers that were paired with a device. Type, Description, Battery, Registration Date, Unregistration Date and name are listed for all tethers in this list.
