Steps for Creating a New Order in ShadowtrackONE Platform
Introduction
This guide will walk you through creating a new order form in ShadowtrackONE. Please follow these simple steps to create an order easily.
Step 1: Navigate to the Resources
- Located on the left-hand sidebar menu under the resources section.
- Click on the “Orders” button to create a new order.
Step 2: Fill Out Order Details
- Account Information
- Select the desired shipping type.
- Select the entity to which the equipment will be sent.
- Fill out the shipping address fields if not already completed.
- Enter the quantity of each item you are requesting
- Click the Submit button when the order is approved.
Step 3: Confirmation
- After submitting, you will receive an on-screen confirmation message.
- A confirmation message and PDF of your order will be sent to the email address provided within the form.
- You will be contacted by a Shadowtrack team member with further details regarding your order.
