Steps for Creating a New Order in ShadowtrackONE Platform

Introduction

This guide will walk you through creating a new order form in ShadowtrackONE. Please follow these simple steps to create an order easily.  

Step 1: Navigate to the Resources

  1. Located on the left-hand sidebar menu under the resources section.
  2. Click on the “Orders” button to create a new order.  

Step 2: Fill Out Order Details

  1. Enter the reseller or agency, the purchaser's first and last name, email address, and phone number, and click Next.  
  2. Complete the shipping and billing address and click Next. 
  3. Enter the quantity of each item you are requesting
    1. If you'd like to review your order before submitting it, click Review.
      1. If any changes are needed, please click the back button and update any item.
  4. Click the Submit button when the order is approved.    

Step 3: Confirmation

  1. After submitting, you will receive an on-screen confirmation message.
  2. A confirmation message and PDF of your order will be sent to the email address provided within the form. 
  3. You will be contacted by a Shadowtrack team member with further details regarding your order.
