Steps for Creating a New Order in ShadowtrackONE Platform

Introduction

This guide will walk you through creating a new order form in ShadowtrackONE. Please follow these simple steps to create an order easily.  

Step 1: Navigate to the Resources

  1. Located on the left-hand sidebar menu under the resources section.
  2. Click on the “Orders” button to create a new order.  

Step 2: Fill Out Order Details

  1. Account Information
    1. Select the desired shipping type.
    2. Select the entity to which the equipment will be sent.
    3. Fill out the shipping address fields if not already completed.
  2. Enter the quantity of each item you are requesting
  3. Click the Submit button when the order is approved.    

Step 3: Confirmation

  1. After submitting, you will receive an on-screen confirmation message.
  2. A confirmation message and PDF of your order will be sent to the email address provided within the form. 
  3. You will be contacted by a Shadowtrack team member with further details regarding your order.
