Shadowtrack Equipment Order Form

The ShadowtrackONE platform allows for in-application equipment ordering for our customers. TenantAdmins can order GPS device kits and consumables according to their agreed-upon contract.

ShadowtrackONE Order Form

When a TenantAdmin selects the "Order Form" option from the Resources tab, some of the fields will autopopulate according to the user's information. 

Order Information

  1. Requestor's Name (First/Last) - Autofilled to the logged in user
  2. Requestor Email - Autofilled to the logged in user
  3. Order Reason - Autofilled to "New Order"
  4. Requestor Entity - Autofilled to the logged in user's entity
  5. Order Date - Autofilled to the current date

Account Information

  1. Attention To - This will display all entities and sub-entities the user has access to
  2. Shipping Type - Allows the user to select shipping method
  3. Shipping Address - If the entity selected in the "Attention To" field has their address setup, it will autofill here. If not, the user will manually enter the address
  4. In-Hand Date - Allows the user to request a "Need By" date to ensure delivery date
  5. Purchase Order # - Allows the user to enter a PO number if needed

Shadowtrack Products

All products available to order for an entity are based on the agreed-upon contract. These available products are listed, and quantities can be entered for each requested item. Each item listed gives a description of the product. 

Once all quantities have been entered, select "Submit" to submit the order request. When the requested sales order is approved by our team, an email will be sent to the requester letting them know that their order has been approved. Processing and shipping times will vary based on availability and submission date.

All orders submitted after 12:00 PM Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day.
