Enrollee or User Profile Error Message or Information Blank
Question:
In the application, a user selects an enrollee's name from the Recent tab. A profile page appeared with no information populated.
An error message appeared after trying to select the enrollee a second time.
How do I retrieve the enrollee's profile information when these errors occur?
Answer:
The error can be corrected by refreshing the page, exiting the application, and reopening it. This resets the page and eliminates the error that occurred in the application. The user can then view all the enrollees' profiles and information. This original error does not disrupt the app or the compliance recordings.

Errors can occur when using a web browser other than Google Chrome, such as Safari or Edge. At times, the user is required to clear their cached browser history.
