Visit Points

Visit Points

Visit Points are created when an enrollee is in a location for a length of time. These Visit Points can be used to determine locations that enrollees have stopped for as little as a few minutes or even hours and days. A Visit Points Report can be exported as well, showing all stops within a specified date range.

Viewing Visit Points

Visit Points are created when all of the following are true:
  1. Minimum of 2 location points
  2. Within a 3-minute period
  3. Within a 50m (150ft) radius
From the enrollee's profile, in the locations history list, select the "Show Visit Points" check box to display all Visit Points.
  1. Visit Points are displayed in the locations list in order of most recent
    1. "Completed" indicates a Visit Point that has ended, meaning the enrollee left that location.
    2. "In Progress" indicates a Visit Point that is still running, meaning that the enrollee is still in that location.
    3. Start Date/Time Stamp
    4. End Date/Time Stamp (If Completed)
    5. Address
    6. Duration (In hrs/mins)
    7. Location Points (Number of points obtained)
  2. Select "Show Locations" to view the individual location markers
    1. Each location point obtained during the duration of the Visit Point will display the same as all other location points not associated to Visit Points
      1. Date/Time Stamp
      2. "Address" button that when clicked will display the point in Google Maps
      3. GPS Speed
      4. GPS Number of Satellites
      5. Battery Percentage/Charging Status/Signal Strength/Zone Status
    2. Selecting a location point on the locations map will highlight the associated location in the list
    3. Select "Hide Locations" to collapse the list of individual location markers
    4. Use the "Export" button to export a Visit Points report. This report is in PDF format and currently unable to sort by date.
