ShadowVisit (Office Visit)
Purpose of the ShadowVisit Service
The ShadowVisit service provides an automated check-in solution for in person office visits, eliminating the need to bother the front desk or keep a written log of office visits. An address must be entered in the entity profile in order for enrollees to check in.

WIFI Router Provided in the Office (If applicable)
Enrollees can only connect to the router to complete their ShadowVisit, nothing else.
Enrollees cannot use the office router to log into the EnrolleeAPP. This can cause an error message.
Check-in for Office Visit
Once Checked In
When an enrollee on your caseload checks in for an office visit, you will be notified in one of the following ways. This can be configured in the user profile under "Settings."

You will only receive this notification once the Enrollee appears on the "Ready" tab.
- A text message will be sent to the officer (user)
- Email (Default)

An email and phone number must be entered in your user profile to receive a text/email notification when one of your enrollees checks in to the office.
Viewing Check-Ins for an Individual Enrollee
Go to the enrollee profile.
Select the "Check-Ins" tab.
You can view a record of all check-ins for the enrollee.
You can double-click on each check-in entry to view the photo and the questions.
You can export the check-in record using the "Export" button here.

If Shadowtrack is currently integrated with your entity's case management software, the questions and answers will be recorded as notes.
