View Messages for All Enrollees on Your Caseload
When an enrollee leaves you a new voicemail, you will receive an email and a new voicemail notification on your user profile. To view all newly received voicemails:
You can view up to the last 30 days of received voice messages here- Select your name in the upper right-hand corner of the application to go to your user profile
- If you would like to view another user's voicemails, enter their name in the search field to go to their profile
- Go to the Voicemails tab to view your Not Reviewed and Reviewed messages
View Sent, Pending, and Received Messages for One Enrollee
- Go to the portal using the globe icon located either on the enrollee profile or from the main enrollee list
- Select the Voicemail tile
- You can view all received, sent, or pending voicemails here
Review and Reply to a Voice Message
Access the voicemail list using one of the two avenues noted above
Review
- Select the review icon
- A window will open displaying the following information
- The audio response, select the play icon to listen
- A transcription of the message
- Ability to mark the message as Reviewed
- Ability to enter a note about the message
Reply
- Select the Reply icon
- Select the red microphone to record your message
- The reply message can be re-recorded, scheduled to be sent at another time, or sent immediately if no date is entered
View Location
Select the location icon.
Here you can view the enrollee location at the time the message was sent.
