Receiving An Alert for a Video Session

Video calls can only be initiated by your officer
Your Officer can randomly request a video conference through the EnrolleeAPP. When you receive an alert for a video conference, the following will occur:
  1. You will receive a push notification alert via the enrollee app, on your mobile device

Joining the Video Call

  1. The alert notification will give you the option to Accept and join the video call
  2. Next, enter your Name and select Join Meeting
  3. You will see yourself as well as your Officer if they have chosen to turn their camera on
  4. During the video session you can:
    1. Turn off your camera (Your officer can tell when you do this)
    2. Mute your microphone (Your officer can tell when you do this)
    3. Rotate your camera to show your surroundings
    4. End the call by selecting the red X (Your officer can tell if you end the call before it is over)
You must be fully clothed and stationary during the call. 

    

Can be shared with Enrollees
