Place a Video Call to An Enrollee
Accessing the ShadowMeet Service
The ShadowMeet service can be accessed one of two ways via the portal:
- On the main enrollee list via the Globe Icon
- On the enrollee profile via the Globe Icon located in the main header
Placing a Video Call to An Enrollee
The enrollee must be logged into the app in order to utilize this feature
- Select the Video Call tile
- Select Yes to start the call
- The enrollee simultaneously receives a push notification on their mobile device that informs them that you want to complete a video call
- Select Start Video at the bottom of the screen to turn on your camera when ready
- You will see the enrollee as soon as they join the video call
- During the video session you can:
- Mute/Unmute your microphone
- Start and Stop the Video Camera
- View the enrollees' Location
- Add a Note
- The Share Screen and Reactions features do not work at this time

For VADOC Officers Only: If experiencing issues with conducting a ShadowMeet video call, check your Global Protect connectivity. If your Global Protect is "On", try turning it "Off" and place the video call again. Reversely, if Global Protect is turned "Off", try turning it "On" and place the call again.
