New:

  • We have improved the video interface for the ShadowView service. You will notice a different look and feel during video sessions. This service still functions the same and has all of the great features it had before. To see the benefits of these improvements please make sure the enrollee has the most updated version of the app installed
Resolved:
  • An issue with viewing older schedules from the calendar view that were created prior to 2024
  • An issue with the "Translate" button not showing up for voicemails
Improvements:
  • The check-in questions the enrollee answers during their office visit will now go over to CORIS
  • When scheduling a mass notification that includes more than 20 enrollees, you will now see a window of time that allows you to schedule the notifications to be delivered over a period
  • You can now select multiple entities when filtering on the "Enrollees" tab
