ShadowCal Dashboard

1. The bar graph in this dashboard displays all appointments created and scheduled for the user's entity and any sub-entities
   
2. The Time Frame dropdown allows the user to view appointment metrics within the time frame selected
   
3. Clicking on the bar graphs will provide a popup window with all relevant data. This data can be filter by "Created By Date", "Entity" and "Enrollee Name"
   
1. Created Appointments - Appointments created/added into the system during the time frame indicated regardless of when they are scheduled to occur.
   
2. Scheduled Appointments - Appointments that are scheduled to occur within the idicated time frame regardless of when they were created. If you filter by "Last 7 Days", you will see all appointments that are scheduled to happen that day and all appointments that occurred in the last week.
   
1. For example, if the data is filtered to only see the last 7 days, you might get the following scenarios:
   • An appointment that was made/created in the system 6 days ago, but is scheduled to occur tomorrow or further in the future, will appear in the created popup and not the scheduled popup.
   • An appointment that was made/created in the system 6 days ago and is/was scheduled to occur today or yesterday will appear in both popups.
   • An appointment that was made/created in the system 8 days ago or further in the past, but is/was scheduled to occur today, yesterday, or some other time within the last week, will appear in the scheduled popup and not the created popup.
4. Pie charts display "Appointments Read by Enrollees" and "Reminders Read by Enrollees". 
   
1. Appointments Read by Enrollees - By clicking anywhere in the pie chart, a list will display of all appointments along with the following information:
   
1. Created By
   
2. Entity Name
   
3. Enrollee Name
   
4. Appointment Date
   
5. Read - Yes/No
   
6. Read Date
   
2. Reminders Read by Enrollees - By clicking anywhere in the pie chart, a list will display of all appointments along with the following information:
   
1. Created By
   
2. Entity Name
   
3. Enrollee Name
   
4. Appointment Date
   
5. Reminder Sent Date
   
6. Read - Yes/No
   
7. Read Date
