Team Supervision

Team Supervision

The Team Supervision identifier helps officers and administrators easily distinguish cases that are managed by a team of officers, rather than by a single officer. This also allows for configurable reporting frequencies for enrollees assigned to Team Supervision, ensuring clear expectations and streamlined appointment management. 

Enabling Team Supervision Flag

To enable the Team Supervision Flag for an enrollee, navigate to the enrollee dashboard and select the enrollee's name
  1. Select the "Profile" tab in the enrollee's profile
    1. Select the "Details" subtab and select "Edit"
    2. Select "Yes" for the Team Supervision setting within the pop-up
      1. Select the desired reporting frequency from the dropdown (Bi-Monthly, Monthly, or Quarterly)
Once saved, the Team Supervision flag will appear in red at the top-right of the enrollee profile, right next to their name. This displays "Team Supervision - (Frequency Selected)"

Notes
When creating an appointment for an enrollee who is marked as Team Supervision, the Team Supervision flag will appear at the top of the appointment creation window, displaying the reporting frequency for reference. 

Creating an Appointment for Team Supervision Enrollees

When creating a calendar appointment, either from the Navigation Menu Calendar or the User Calendar, a filter has been added to search for enrollees based on their Reporting Frequency. 
  1. Create New Appointment 
  2. Field in all necessary fields
  3. Select +Enrollee
  4. Use the Reporting Frequency Filter by typing "Monthly", "Bi-Monthly" or "Quarterly"
