What is ShadowPay

ShadowPay allows you to collect payments from enrollees for supervision fees, fines, restitution, and more. A register on the enrollee profile allows users to track balances due and payments made. Users can collect payments from enrollees using Shadowtrack's online payment portal, or enrollees can make payments using the EnrolleeAPP.

  1. Automatic Payment reminders
  2. Automated notification to users when payments are delinquent
  3. Ability to set a minimum recurring payment amount
  4. Ability to set recurring payments based on any frequency 
  5. View a detailed register with line-by-line records of all transactions via the enrollee's profile
  6. Multiple register types can be created to allow enrollees to pay off various debts that may or may not be related
  7. Ability to make partial or total balance payments
  8. Financial reports available to manage funds collected and balances owed
  9. Balance Notifications allow notifications to be sent to the assigned officer when an enrollee's balance reaches a specified amount
