ShadowResource
ShadowResource is a solution that enables entities to assist their enrollees by providing helpful support service contacts. Entities can create contacts for resources such as AA, Housing Assistance, Job Placement Agencies, etc. These contacts can be accessed by the enrollee through the EnrolleeApp, saving both the enrollee and user time and providing convenience.
How to set up ShadowResource
Follow the steps listed below to create resources for your enrollees:
- From the Entity's page, select "Resources" from the menu tab right below the entity's name
- Select "New"
- Name the resource, include the url and phone number associated with the resource
- Select "Save"
Ex) "Jobs'R'us" https://website.com/ (123)456-7890
Once you have created a resource contact within your entity, it will be available to all enrollees under that entity in the EnrolleeApp.
