ShadowVisit Guide: Streamlining Your Office Visit and Intake Experience

Step 1: Completing an Intake Form

For new probationers, those with a new sentence, or transfer cases, ShadowVisit provides a simple digital intake process:
  • Scan the QR Code: Open your phone's camera and scan the QR code provided by the office.
  • Fill Out the Form: Complete all required fields on the digital form.
  • Submit the Form: Once finished, tap Submit. Then, visit the front desk to confirm that your intake form has been completed.
NotesNote: If your camera isn’t working, ask for the form's URL and enter it manually in your browser.

Step 2: Checking In for an Office Visit

To check in for an office visit, follow these simple steps:
  • Select the Office Visit Button: Open the EnrolleeApp and tap Office Visit.

  • Take a Photo: Follow the prompt to take a facial photo.

  • Choose a Check-In Type: Indicate the reason for your visit.

  • Answer Questions: If any additional questions appear, answer them as required.

  • Receive Confirmation: You’ll be notified that your check-in is complete, and your officer will be alerted. You may then wait in the lobby.

Alert
Alert: You must be logged into the EnrolleeApp to check-in. If you need your enrollee ID or password, select "Need Credentials" on the login screen.

Step 3: Checking Out When Leaving

To check out after your visit:
  • Select Office Visit: Open the Office Visit screen in the EnrolleeApp.
  • Select Check-Out: Tap Check-Out to complete the process.

Additional Guidelines

  • WIFI Access: Use the office router only for ShadowVisit; it won’t work for enrolling or logging into the EnrolleeApp.
  • Update the App: Make sure you have the latest version of the EnrolleeApp.
  • Correct Office Location: You can only check in at your designated district office.

Do’s and Don’ts:

  • Use Office Visit for check-in; do not use Self Report.
  • Complete all steps, including photo and questions, to ensure a successful check-in.
  • Only one check-in per visit is allowed.
