Setting the APN for a ShadowPhone Lite
To set the APN, MCC, and MNC on a ShadowPhone
- From the enrollee app login page, press the EnrolleeApp logo
- You will see the existing access point name here titled ATT. You will add an access point name for Shadowtrack
- To do this, Select +APN in the upper right hand corner
- Enter the following information in the corresponding fields
- Name - Shadowtrack
- APN - 30304.MCS
- MCC - 310
- MNC - 410
- Select Save to create the new APN
- Now, select that APN, then select the back arrow to continue setting up the phone by following the steps noted below
To Enable Mobile Data on the ShadowPhone after the APN is set
Press the image icon on the EnrolleeApp login page
Enable WIFI and the Mobile Data options here
Now the phone is all set up and ready for the enrollee to login, please refer to the information below to properly complete the set up of the phone after the enrollee logs in
Setting up the Email on the ShadowPhone

A new email address should be created when completing the set up the ShadowPhone. Please do not use a personal email address for security reasons. This email address will be used to email logs from the app if any kind of trouble shooting is necessary.
- Create a new email account with any email provider of your preference
- From the Home screen of the EnrolleeApp, select the three dots in the upper right hand corner
- Select the option to Send Mobile App Logs
- When this is selected you will see the option to Add a New Email Address. Link the phone to the new email address you just created
- After completing this step it is not necessary to proceed with emailing the logs. You can close out of the menu
