Enable/ Edit the APN and WIFI/Cellular Settings After the Enrollee is Logged Into the Enrollee App- ShadowPhone Lite

The procedures noted below do not apply for enrollee's using their personal cell phones that have service with a cellular carrier
The ShadowPhone must have the Shadowtrack APN and the WIFI/Data enabled to get cellular service. These settings are typically set prior to the enrollee logging into the app but they can also be set after the enrollee logs in to the app remotely by using an administrative password.
Accessing the Settings
To enable or change these settings after the enrollee is logged into the app:
- Press the Enrollee App logo on the home screen of the enrollee app
- You will be prompted to enter a password to modify the settings
- The password is shadow-150-track
- Once you enter the password enter the settings as described below
Creating the APN
- Select +APN in the upper right hand corner
- Enter the following information in the corresponding fields
- Name - Shadowtrack
- APN - 30304.MCS
- MCC - 310
- MNC - 410
- Select Save to create the new APN
- Now, select the newly created APN in the list
Enable WIFI/Cellular Settings
- Select WIFI /Cellular in the list
- Ensure the WIFI and mobile data are enabled
- The phone will then display a prompt to "save the network" to the phone, select Save
- This network will be remembered moving forward
Modify WIFI Network
- Press the Enrollee App logo on the home screen of the enrollee app
- You will be prompted to enter a password to modify the settings
- The password is shadow-150-track
- Select the WIFI /Cellular option in the list
- You will see the existing network displayed
- To change the WIFI network, select the new desired network in the list
