Retrieving Mobile App Logs Remotely

Silent Retrieval of Logs in the Application


The ability to retrieve the EnrolleeAPP logs without involving the enrollee. This can be used if the enrollee cannot access their email through their phone or a System Admin user needs to collect logs to investigate a possible with the EnrolleeAPP. 
Warning
Only System Admins have the ability to retrieve logs. 

Steps to Retrieve Logs

  1. Go to the enrollee's profile.
  2. Click on the App logs tab
  3. Click on Retrieve Logs
  4. Information will be listed in the enrollee's application for viewing
  5. Information can be downloaded by clicking Export
Alert
Logs retrieved through the application are not emailed.
