Enrollment for Landline or Mobile Without App

Enrollees using either Landline or Mobile Without App will enroll by calling the Shadowtrack IVR phone number. By following the enrollment steps through the automated IVR process, this will allow enrollees to complete a Voice Enrollment, and recognize the authorized number. 

When calling into the Shadowtrack IVR system to set up enrollment, follow these steps:

  1. Call into the Shadowtrack IVR phone number listed on your enrollment form.
  2. You will need to enter your Enrollee ID number followed by the pound key.
  3. Once you have submitted your Enrollee ID number, you will be asked to repeat a series of phrases. You will need to ensure that you have no background noise before beginning your voice enrollment. 
  4. Once your enrollment has been completed, you may hang up.  

Notes
Things to Note:
  1. The enrollee will not have to enter their password when calling into the IVR system using the same phone number that is authorized in their enrollee profile. 
  2. If they call in to the IVR using a different phone number (or in the rare case that you have more than one enrollee using the same phone number) they will be asked to enter an enrollee ID and password. 
  3. Both of these numbers are listed at the top of the enrollee's Enrollment Form
