Sending EnrolleeAPP Logs
The action to send logs from the EnrolleeAPP is ONLY to inform us of any issues you are experiencing.
For us to investigate this issue further, we need you to send us your mobile app logs.
How to Send L​ogs
Select the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the EnrolleeAPP home screen as pictured below.
You will see a drop-down menu. Select "Send Logs to Server" from the drop-down menu as pictured below. An email will open. Send the email to support@shadowtrack.com.

Please be sure to include your full name as well as your ID number.
Once logs are sent, our team will investigate and reply with a solution or follow-up steps to ensure these issues are resolved.
