Reactivation of Enrollee Sends Password and ID Number
Question:
When reactivating an old enrollee case in Shadowtrack, does the app still send a message to the phone regarding the Password and ID number?
Answer:
If the enrollee is not logged into the EnrolleeApp, the login credentials and instructions will be sent when reactivating them. However, if not, you can send the credentials by clicking the Request button and selecting "Send Credentials" from the drop-down as shown below.
