Configure WIFI Network for Enrollee

WIFI Configuration in the Application 

Configuring a WIFI network ensures the enrollee can only connect to this network when the locked down or lite software is installed on the ShadowPhone, or enrollee's personal cell phone. To configure the WIFI network for the enrollee:
  1. Go to the enrollee Profile>Services>Phone tab
  2. On the Phone tab, you will see a sub tab called WIFI Configuration
  3. Select the New button
    1. You can also delete WIFI networks here as well
  4. Enter the Wi-Fi Network ID and Password 
  5. Select Save
   

Enabling the configured WIFI network on the enrollee's mobile Device

  1. As soon as the enrollee logs in to the app, a prompt will be shown allowing the configured network to be saved to the enrollee's phone, select Save
  2. The enrollee's phone will only connect to this network moving forward


Modify Configured WIFI Network

  1. Press the Enrollee App logo on the home screen of the enrollee app
  2. You will be prompted to enter a password to modify the settings
    1. The password is shadow-150-track
  3. Select  the WIFI /Cellular option in the list
  4. You will see the existing network displayed
  5. To change the WIFI network, select the new desired network in the list
