Login/Alert Reminders

Overview:

Login and Alert Reminders provide enrollees with a specific amount of time to respond to alerts and log into the EnrolleeApp after receiving their credentials.

Important Notes:

  • The Response Time applies to all alert types sent to enrollees within the entity.
  • The Time to Login applies to all enrollees within the entity.

How to Configure Login/Alert Reminders:

  1. Navigate to Entity Settings:

    • Go to Entity > Settings Tab > Service Settings > Mobile.
  2. Locate the Login/Alert Reminders Section:

    • Find the section titled "Login/Alert Reminders"
  3. Configuration:

    1. Response Time

      1. Specify the amount of time (in seconds) that an enrollee has to respond to an alert.

    2. Time (Seconds)

      1. Specify the amount of time that will pass before a reminder message is sent to the enrollee to respond to an alert.

    3. Message (English and Spanish)

      1. Customize the message that will be sent to the enrollee when the reminder is triggered.

        1. Example: "Please respond to your alert now!"

    4. Time to Login (Minutes)

      1. Specify the amount of time an enrollee has to log into the EnrolleeApp after receiving their credentials.

    5. Login Reminder Message (English and Spanish)

      1. Customize the message to remind the enrollee to log into the EnrolleeApp.

        1. Example: "Please log into the EnrolleeApp!"

  4. Save the Settings

    1. Make sure to click the Save button before exiting, or the configuration changes will not be applied.


To receive immediate notification of an enrollee's EnrolleeApp Log Out, the "Time to Login" field will need to be empty/blank within the Entity Settings.
  1. To access and edit this setting, navigate to the Entity Page > Settings > Service Settings > Mobile. 
    1. Within the "Login/Alert Reminder" section, clear out the field labeled "Time to Login" so that this field reflects as empty. 


Non-compliance will be marked immediately for any EnrolleeApp logouts within the enrollee's compliance report. The user's non-compliance notification settings must also be set to 'immediate' to receive real-time notifications of EnrolleeApp logouts.
