Login and Alert Reminders provide enrollees with a specific amount of time to respond to alerts and log into the EnrolleeApp after receiving their credentials.
Navigate to Entity Settings:
Locate the Login/Alert Reminders Section:
Configuration:
Response Time
Specify the amount of time (in seconds) that an enrollee has to respond to an alert.
Time (Seconds)
Specify the amount of time that will pass before a reminder message is sent to the enrollee to respond to an alert.
Message (English and Spanish)
Customize the message that will be sent to the enrollee when the reminder is triggered.
Example: "Please respond to your alert now!"
Time to Login (Minutes)
Specify the amount of time an enrollee has to log into the EnrolleeApp after receiving their credentials.
Login Reminder Message (English and Spanish)
Customize the message to remind the enrollee to log into the EnrolleeApp.
Example: "Please log into the EnrolleeApp!"
Save the Settings
Make sure to click the Save button before exiting, or the configuration changes will not be applied.
