Critical Call Reminders

Critical Call Reminders

Overview:

Critical Call Reminders are calls placed to enrollees to prompt them to respond to an alert they received on the EnrolleeApp. These reminders are particularly useful for ensuring enrollees adhere to time-sensitive alerts, such as curfew verifications. For example, if an enrollee has not responded to the initial verification call within the specified time, a Critical Reminder call will be initiated to remind them to complete the required action.

Important Notes:

  • Critical Call Reminders only apply to alert-based schedules, such as curfew schedules.
  • They do not apply to silent location request schedules, where no enrollee response is needed.

How to Configure Critical Call Reminders

To enable Critical Call Reminders for enrollees, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Entity Settings:

    • Go to Entity > Settings Tab > Service Settings > Mobile.
  2. Locate the Critical Call Reminders Section:

    • Find the section titled "Critical Call Reminders."
  3. Set Reminder Time:

    • You will have the option to enter the Reminder Time in seconds. This time defines the delay between the initial alert and when the Critical Call Reminder is triggered.
  4. Customize the Reminder Message:

    • You can configure the message that will be delivered during the Critical Call Reminder. The system supports both English and Spanish messages.

    Example Reminder Message:

    • English: "You have not responded to a Shadowtrack request. Please initiate the alert on your mobile device now!"
    • Spanish: "No has respondido a una solicitud de Shadowtrack. ¡Por favor, inicia la alerta en tu dispositivo móvil ahora!"

Conclusion: Configuring Critical Call Reminders ensures that enrollees do not miss important actions they need to take within the EnrolleeApp, adding an extra layer of accountability for time-sensitive alerts like curfew verifications.
