Disable Critical Call Reminders
Disabling Critical Call Reminders
Critical Call Reminders are enabled to prompt the enrollee to respond to an alert that was sent to the EnrolleeApp. To disable Critical Call Reminders, settings will have to be changed within the Entity Profile.
How To Disable Critical Call Reminders:
- Navigate to the Entity Profile
- Select "Settings" > "Service Settings"
- In the section labeled "Critical Call Reminders", you will clear out all fields to show as blank
- Select "Save"

By disabling "Critical Call Reminders" any alert-based schedule will no longer send "Critical Reminder" alerts if the initial alert was not responded to. This will apply to outbound curfew schedule verifications as well as sobriety alerts.

It is recommended to enable Critical Reminders for your enrollees to minimize the number of missed alerts.
