Each ShadoWatch is equipped with a silver sticker on the back that displays the IMEI number of the device. If this sticker is missing or has fallen off, you can still identify the IMEI number by following these steps:

Steps to Identify the IMEI Number:

  1. Power on the Watch:

    1. Press and hold the power button until the watch turns on.

  2. Access the IMEI Number:

    1. Once the device is powered on, quickly press the power button (the top button) four times in rapid succession.

  3. View the Infographic Screen:

    1. An infographic screen will appear, displaying detailed information about the watch, including the IMEI number.

Tips:

  1. Make sure to press the power button rapidly in succession to access the infographic screen.
  2. If the screens are disabled, contact support to enable the various screen.
  3. If the infographic screen does not appear, try the steps again, ensuring that the button presses are quick and consecutive.
