If a user has forgotten their ShadowtrackOne platform password, the password can be reset by selecting "Forgot Password" from the login page.
Forgot Password
Selecting "Forgot Password" will allow the user to enter the email address associated to their user account and a link will be sent to that email address.
Once the link has been received, the user will click on the link and will be brought to page allowing them to create and confirm a new password. Once the password has been accepted, the user will be automatically logged into Shadowtrack and the password updated in the user's profile page.
