The compliance report submitted by the enrollee's supervisor reflects the official record of the enrolleeās compliance status, including any non-compliances. The EnrolleeApp itself does not display compliance information, nor do we share such data with the enrollee.
It is likely that the enrollee showed his lawyer and the District Attorney his phone records, which may indicate that he received and answered the critical call reminders. These reminders are sent to prompt the enrollee to complete required voice verification or facial recognition calls. However, simply receiving or acknowledging these reminders does not fulfill the compliance requirements.
The compliance report from Shadowtrack includes detailed information about each voice verification call, the corresponding critical reminders, and whether the enrollee successfully completed the call. If the enrollee failed to complete these calls, the compliance report would reflect this non-compliance, regardless of whether he received the reminders.

In this case, the enrollee might have used his phone to demonstrate that he received these reminders, but the compliance report indicates that he did not complete the necessary voice verifications, which is why the report shows non-compliance.
