Calls Report Guide

The Calls Report is a comprehensive tool designed to provide detailed insights into the calls associated with enrollees. Follow the instructions below to access and utilize this report effectively.

Accessing the Calls Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports Tab:

    • From the left navigational menu, click on the Reports tab.
  2. Open the Calls Report:

    • Within the Reports section, navigate to the tab titled "Calls".

Report Overview

Once you are on the Calls Report tab, you will see a detailed table displaying various attributes of each call. The following columns are included in the report:

  • Enrollee Name: The name of the enrollee associated with the call.
  • Entity: The entity associated with the enrollee.
  • Assigned User: The user assigned to the enrollee.
  • Scheduled Date/Time: The date and time when the call was scheduled.
  • Expiration: The expiration date and time for the call.
  • Completion: The completion status of the call.
  • Type: The type of call.
  • Status: The current status of the call.
  • Compliance: The compliance status of the call.
  • Reason: The reason for the compliance.
  • Disposition: The final disposition of the call.
  • Template: The template used for the call.

Exporting the Report

You can export the Calls Report by clicking the Export button located towards the top of the page. Please note the following export guidelines:

  • Row Limit: Exporting more than 20,000 rows is not allowed.
  • Search Criteria: To manage the row limit, apply search criteria to filter the report before exporting.

Applying Filters

At the top of the report, you have the option to apply extensive filters. These filters help narrow down the data to meet your specific needs. By using the filters, you can effectively manage the data and ensure that the report displays only the relevant information.

Viewing Audit History

To view the Audit History of a particular call:

  1. Select the call you are interested in.
  2. Click the Audit History button located towards the top of the page, near the Export button.

The Audit History provides a detailed log of all the actions and changes related to the selected call, offering valuable insights into the call's lifecycle.

By following these steps, you can efficiently access, filter, and analyze the calls associated with enrollees, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and reporting.
