Contacts can be created and saved within the Contacts tab in the entity profile. These contacts can then be assigned to enrollee profiles and configured to receive notifications in the event of device violations. To create a new contact, follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the entity profile
- Select the "Contacts" tab > "+ Contact"
- Fill in the following fields:
- Contact Type - Select the appropriate contact type
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Company (Only displayed when contact is opened by double-clicking)
- Notes (Only displayed when contact is opened by double-clicking)
To assign a created contact to an enrollee's profile, follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to the enrollee's profile
- Select the "Profile" tab
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the section labeled "Contact(s)" and select the "Shared" tab
- Select "Find Existing Contact" and choose the desired contact from the list
Contact types can be added upon request if approved by Shadowtrack. To submit a request for additional or custom contact types, please submit a support ticket to support@shadowtrack.com
