Enabled Phone Settings in the Enrollee's Mobile Device

Ensuring Enabled Phone Settings are Correct in the Enrollee's Mobile Device

Through the platform, users can see what phone settings the enrollee has enabled and disabled in their profile for the EnrolleeAPP. 
This feature clarifies that the enrollee has all settings enabled to ensure the EnrolleeAPP functions correctly throughout their monitoring. 

  1. Go to the enrollee's profile.
  2. Click on the Profile tab.
  3. Click on the Phone Service tab to the right.
  4. Click on the EnrolleeAPP Info tab.
  5. Scroll to see the enrollee's phone settings. 
    1. Will appear enabled or disabled. 

All monitoring settings must be enabled.
