New:

  • Shadowtrack is releasing a new feature called "Persistent Locations" that is available on both Android and iOS devices. This feature is part of the enrollee app and can be enabled in the enrollee "Service" settings. When enabled, a non compliant event is triggered any time the enrollee enters or exits the designated zone.
  • We have added a new feature to the "Inbound Drug Testing" service. New fields have been added to the drug test template titled "English/Spanish No Test Message Text (Inbound Only)". When this field is filled in a custom message will be shown to the enrollee if they select the "Drug Test" button in the app on the day they have been selected to report for a drug test.
  • The following services are now available on the Officer's mobile device:
    • Drug Testing
    • Notifications
  • The "Officer Portal" tab located on the main navigational menu in the application has been removed. The portal can be accessed from the main enrollee tab, via the globe icon and from the search bar.

Resolved:

  • We have resolved an issue with unschedule facial recognition alerts resulting in the enrollee being "Outside Fence". We have changed the logic of these types of calls so that, if the enrollee performs an unschedule facial alert and they do not have an active schedule, we do not log location compliance. If the enrollee did have an active schedule in place, we would compare the enrollee location against the location on the schedule and determine if the enrollee was inside or outside fence.
Improvements:
  • The "Forgot Credentials" feature will be released for Android (Previously released for iOS). This feature allows the enrollee to request their login credentials and update their phone number automatically from the login screen of the enrollee app.
  • A note will be generated via the "Notes" tab when the enrollee phone number is changed
  • We have improved the functionality of curfew templates when the enrollee language is set to Spanish. Since the same curfew template can be utilized for both English or Spanish speaking enrollees, we have removed the language field from the template.
  • Improved the look and feel of appointments on the mobile version of the application
  • SMS notifications are now available for payment reminders for the ShadowPay service. The enrollee will receive both a text and email notification if they have been set up for payment reminders.
  • Ability to retrieve the enrollee's mobile app logs over the air without assistance from the enrollee
