Application Update Release Date - 07/19/2024


New Features:
  • Hardware Tab: A new hardware tab is now visible on the enrollee profile, with sub-tabs for Device, Phone, and Tether.
  • Push Notifications: Enrollees with a "mobile with app" phone type will get push notifications by default when the "To Be Determined" notification type is selected.
  • IVR System: Enrollees with a "Mobile With App" phone type cannot call into the IVR system. They will hear a message to use the EnrolleeApp instead.
  • Universal Search: You can now search for enrollees by their case ID number in the enrollee's profile under the cases tab.
  • Push Tab: A new "Push" tab has been added under the notifications section on the mobile app.
  • Caseload Report: A caseload tab has been added to the reports section. You can view and export a report including enrollee name, entity, assigned user, primary phone number, and address.
Resolved Issues:
  • User Filtering: Fixed an issue with filtering by user when exporting the enrollee list.
    Improvements:
    • Weekly InterviewsThe "Day of The Week" field is now required for weekly interview schedules.
    • Last Communication: Added date and time of the "Last Communication" for hardware in the device info section on the enrollee list.
    • Risk Level: The "Offender Type" field on the enrollee profile is now called "Risk Level."
    • Device Events: You can now filter device events by "Hardware Type" for events occurring after this weekend's update.
    • Page Load Speed: Improved the speed of the main "Enrollees" page loading.
    • Address Query: A list of enrollee names is now generated when an address is entered on the address query tab.
    • iOS Location Requests: Improved the success rate for silent location requests in iOS.
    • iOS Location Accuracy: Enhanced the accuracy of location verification in iOS.
