Application Update Release Date - 12/29/2023

New:

  • Sobriety calls can now be initiated via the mobile version of the application 
  • The "Lobby Status" tab has been separated into three sub tabs titled: 
    • Ready - Displays all enrollees who are ready to see their officer
    • Complete - Displays all enrollees who have met with their officer and have left the zone
    • Incomplete - Displays all enrollees who entered/exited the zone but may not have scanned the QR code or  completed the Check-In process 
  • A new "Financial" tab has been added to reports
    • This report will display all past due balances for enrollees using the ShadowPay service
  • Ability to assign Spanish Check-In questions for the ShadowVisit service. These questions are assigned at the entity level. The enrollee will see the appropriate questions based on the language specified on their enrollee profile. 
  • Dashboard Map
    • A new "Map" tab has been added on the main enrollee list that displays the last location of all GPS enrollees assigned to you
Resolved:
  • We have resolved an issue with special characters not being translated correctly on text to speech notifications
  • Error message being displayed for the enrollee when the scheduled appointment has no date specified
Improvements:
  • The ShadowVisit service now accommodates enrollees Checking-In at sub entity offices (sub districts office). 
    • The enrollee will be logged on the "Lobby Status" page for the main entity (district office) they are associated with in Shadowtrack, however, the sub entity (sub district office) they checked into will be noted. This makes it easy to distinguish which sub entity (sub district office) they are checking into. 
  • We now allow more than one user to be notified via SMS when a device alarm is triggered
  • Added a default radius of 100 meters to the persistent location feature for the "Enrollee app". As well as the ability to modify the radius. 
    • Located on the "Enrollee>Services" tab of the enrollee profile
  • Usernames are no longer case sensitive when logging into the ShadowtrackONE Platform
  • Improved the format of email notifications for device alarms
  • Adding a note when reviewing voicemail messages is no longer a requirement
  • All of the "Appointment" tabs and sub tabs are now titled "Calendar"
  • The "Proximity" alarm for devices has been changed to "Proximity Tamper"
  • The Calendar tab has been removed from the "Schedules" tab and is now located as a main tab within the navigational menu
  • Added extra validation to enrollees updating their own phone number
    • Must enter 10 digits when updating their phone number
