New Features
Added the ability to configure an entity’s platform access as Community Only, Institution Only, or Both.
Added a schedule template builder for ShadowPass to the Schedules tab, allowing TenantAdmins to create full-day schedules with color-coded time blocks and activity labels using a drag-and-drop interface.
Added the ability for TenantAdmins to configure activities with names and colors at the entity level for ShadowPass schedule templates.
Improvements
- Added the ability to select “Transportation” in ShadowAlertness, allowing the officer to take multiple images that are viewable on the ShadowAlertness dashboard.
- Added the ability to select “Overnight Hospital Stay”, allowing the officer to take a single image, enter hospital details, and have the entry appear in the new “On Overnight Hospital Stay” metric on the ShadowAlertness dashboard.
- Added the enrollee’s app version to the Phone Service tab within EnrolleeApp Info.
- Fixed an issue where a buffer zone was incorrectly displayed for all zones instead of just the one it was configured for.
- Enhanced calendar functionality in all locations for improved usability.
- Added the latitude and longitude to the interview exception report.
- Removed the “Last 5 Locations” option from the Date Range filter on all map views.
- Updated the Compliance tab to show ‘Expired’ for any missed or incomplete calls.
- Added support for uploading separate light and dark mode logos for each entity.
- Added the enrollee’s image next to their name at the top of all pages when viewing their profile.
- Added a new filter to ShadowMessage that displays only enrollees assigned to the officer.
- Updated the unread ShadowMessage email notifications to include the message sent by the enrollee.
- Removed the “Home” and “Logout” buttons from the mobile application while typing a message in ShadowMessage.
- Added an automatic notification to remind victims to check their app if no new location is received within 24 hours.
- Added support for associating multiple zones with a single curfew schedule for the ErnolleeApp.
- Added the option to display the officer’s name when communicating with an enrollee via ShadowMessage.
- Added the ability to filter by entity and hospital name on the ShadowAlertness dashboard.
- Enhanced the sobriety testing interface within the ErnolleeApp to improve usability and provide a smoother user experience.
- Added post check-in instructions prompting the enrollee to wait in the lobby for their officer
- Offense selection within a case now supports multiple offenses and allows users to add and edit individual descriptions for each selected offense.
