What's New

  1. Added a ‘What’s New’ notification to the platform that links to the latest updates, improvements, and bug fixes after each production release.
  2. Added the ability to create one-time and recurring overrides to inmate schedules within the inmate's profile.
  3. Added the ability to assign schedule templates within an inmate’s profile.
  4. Added the ability to multi-select inmates or select all inmates to assign schedule templates in bulk.
  5. Added new inmate filter options, including Housing Unit, Risk Level, Job Assignment, and Programs.
  6. Added the ability to create inmate one-time and recurring schedules within an inmate's profile.
  7. Added a “Master Schedule” sub-tab within the inmates tab that provides a real-time, scrollable timeline of all inmate schedules, with color-coded activities.
  8. Added schedule conflict detection to flag overlapping schedules in both the inmate profile and the Master Schedule.

  17. Resolved an issue where some enrollees were unable to capture an image for an interview.
  18. Fixed an issue where users could not access the payment page while logged into the ShadowtrackONE platform
  19. Added a push notification to ShadowGuardian that alerts victims when their phone's memory is running low.
  20. Improved logic for obtaining enrollee locations during verification calls in the EnrolleeApp.
  21. Added the Usage Dashboard as a landing page option when logging into the ShadowtrackONE platform.
