Application Update Release Date - 03/29/2024

New:

  • The globe icon used to access the officer portal is now located on the enrollee profile
  • The "Officer Liveness" service now allows for multiple users to to receive text messages when an officer has failed to check-in
  • The hardware will automatically be activated when assigned during enrollment via the enrollment wizard
  • The hardware will automatically be suspended when it is un assigned from an enrollee
  • The ShadoWatch and ShadowDevice location frequencies are now defaulted to every 10 minutes
  • The "Address Query" tab will now include enrollees using the EnrolleeApp along with enrollees assigned to a ShadoWatch or ShadowDevice 
  • The officer now has the option to receive text notifications when an enrollee checks in for their office visit. Please note, email is the default option if a phone number has not been entered in your user profile
  • You can now click on the enrollee's name on the Lobby status tab to view their profile
  • A new report that details the length of time the enrollee was inside of their inclusion zone is available via the "Zones" tab located on the enrollee profile
Resolved:
  • Errors being shown when enrolling a new enrollee via the enrollment wizard
Improvements:
  • You will no longer see a location noted on the call if we received a "Permission Denied" location result from the enrollee's phone
  • A zone will automatically be created for you when an address is entered for the enrollee in the enrollment wizard
  • A "ShadowPhone" can now be assigned to the enrollee when entering their information in the enrollment wizard
  • Assigning a protocol is now required if the enrollee has been assigned a ShadowWatch, ShadowDevice, or ShadowPhone in the enrollment wizard
  • Enrollee zones can now be edited when assigned to a schedule
