New:

  • We have added an "Export" button on the "Lobby Status>Complete" tab
  • SMS Interview reminders can now be sent via text for enrollees with a "Mobile Without App" phone type
  • You can now see who created or last edited the drug testing results on the "Drug Testing>Results" tab 
  • We have added a feature to the "ShadowVisit" service. The enrollee can now scan the QR code to check out of the office
  • The "Persistent Locations" feature now allows the user to designate if they would like to enable/disable facial recognition when an outside/inside zone event is triggered
  • We have implemented a new field on the user profile that allows a user to receive compliance and interview exception reports for one or more users they supervise
  • Enrollees can now scan documents via the EnrolleeApp. The enrollee's location is obtained when the document is scanned and the document is uploaded into the "Documents" tab of the enrollee profile in the shadowtrack application.
Resolved:
  • An issue with the city name being incorrect on some ShadoWatch location points 
Improvements:
  • We have made a change to the Correctional Officer Alertness service so the "Check-IN" button changes colors as the allotted time frame ends and the officer misses a check in
  • We have added the ability to notify multiple users via SMS or email when an Officer fails to check in during the required time frame
  • We have made a change so that we only display the zone the call is associated with in the call details 
  • We have implemented a warning message when the schedule start time is in the past. This message notifies the user the schedule will begin the following day
  • The enrollees location will now be verified upon logging into the EnrolleeApp
  • We have implemented a feature that requires the user to confirm they want to save or cancel their changes when editing a schedule
  • Appointments will now be marked as "Read" by the enrollee anytime they view the appointment via the calendar in the EnrolleeApp
  • We have implemented a check so that enrollees updating their phone number via the "Forgot Credentials" feature are required to enter 10 digits
  • Spoof detection on Android devices for enrollees using the ShadowBriety service
  • We have changed the delinquent payments so they are not reset to "0" if the enrollee makes a payment
