New:

  • The dashboard map displaying all enrollee locations, located under the "Enrollees" tab now allows the ability to filter by assigned enrollees or all active enrollees within a given entity. 
    • Please note, this map only displays locations obtained by a ShadowWatch
  • Ability to schedule mass calendar appointments
    • Available via the web and mobile versions of the application. 
    • You will now see a main "Calendar" tab on the left navigational menu that allows you to view all of your assigned enrollees appointments as well as create new appointments for one or more enrollees
  • The enrollee will now receive a push notification via the EnrolleeApp when a scheduled appointment on their calendar is cancelled
  • A schedule report is now available under the "Reports" tab. This report allows you to view enrollees assigned to a specific schedule or template
Resolved:
  • The enrollment image not uploading in the enrollee profile tab in the application when "Hearing Impaired" was enabled
  • A minimum and maximum of "0" calls can now be entered for curfew schedules when persistent locations is enabled
  • An issue with the "Failed to login" setting on the enrollee profile has now been resolved
  • Enrollee name's being duplicated on color code reports when more than one user is assigned
Improvements:
  • Added an "Assigned User" filter to the enrollees tab
    • Allows users to send mass notifications to another users caseload
    • Note: This can be accessed under the "Active" sub tab
  • The enrollment wizard has been added to the mobile (OfficerApp) version of the application
  • Implemented a maximum number of calls that can be scheduled during a curfew period. 
    • No more than 10 calls can be scheduled during a curfew period
  • Improved the search filters and map view on the "Address Query" tab for ShadoWatches
  • Removed the maximum number of locations displayed for ShadoWatches so that more than 250 location points are displayed at a time\
