- Map Enhancements within the history tab.
- A Timeline has been added to the map with an adjustable sliding window that will show location points for the designated time frame. Violations will appear in red on the timeline.
- Enhanced playback controls now include start/stop functionality, configurable playback speed, and auto-centering that keeps the current point in view while maintaining the user's zoom level.
- Improved the informational window displayed when clicking on a location point.
- Location point clustering has been improved to only group points that are extremely close together, while violation points remain unclustered for clear visibility.
- Added the ability to view the map in full-screen mode.
- Added the ability to associate multiple inclusion or exclusion zones within a single schedule.
- Added the ability to activate and deactivate Pursuit Mode from the Actions menu, enabling location points to be plotted every 15 seconds for hardware tracking.
- Added a backup battery indicator for the ShadowCuff to display a warning sign in place of the battery percentage when the backup battery is engaged.
Improvements
- Added the ability for TenantAdmins and Users to view and export Activation History for hardware.
- Added the ability to select specific days or multiple days when configuring weekly schedule exceptions.
- Enhanced SMS and Email protocol notification steps to support displaying the last location when an alarm is triggered.
- Removed GPS speed for the ShadoWatch and ShadowDevice.
- Added the ability to configure inbound Facial Recognition and Sobriety Check schedules, allowing Facial and Sobriety verifications to be triggered from the EnrolleeApp.
- Enhanced ShadowMeet to integrate with the EnrolleeApp for both Android and iOS.
- Improved zones to only allow the ‘Zone Type’ to be configured within the zone configuration options.
- Added the ability for users to enable or disable zones for an enrollee.
- Enhanced schedules to automatically update the verification type depending on whether Facial Only, Voice Verification Required, or Facial Not Required are selected within the service settings.
- Removed ShadowChat from all areas within the platform and replaced it with our new ShadowMessage solution.
- Added ‘Not Reviewed’ to the Voicemail button within the Quick Links menu.
