What's New

  • Added an On-Call Schedule to the Calendar tab, allowing entities to designate on-call users for specific timeframes and assign hierarchy levels.
  • Added a new language option, English Canada, to the user profile, which displays Provinces and Postal Code instead of State and Zip Code for all address input fields when selected.
  • Added Dark Mode support in the platform, allowing users to switch themes using the sun and moon slider at the bottom of the navigational menu.

Improvements

  • Added the image captured during check-in to the ‘Ready’ tab within Lobby Status for ShadowVisit.
  • Enhanced the Out-Of-Service tab to support filtering by device type and exporting.
