Add a New Enrollee: ShadoWatch

 If the user's entity has integrated their case management software with the ShadowtrackONE Platform, the user will not be able to manually add a new enrollee in the application. Additionally, the following fields will not be editable on the Enrollee's profile: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, City, Street, Zip Code, State, Gender, Race, Date of Birth, Active Dates, Assigned Officer, and Zones. These fields will be view only.

Create the Enrollee Profile

  1. Go to the "Enrollees" tab from the main Navigation Menu and select the +Enrollee button to access the five-step Enrollment Wizard
    1. Step 1 - Enrollee Info: All fields shown in red are required fields. Fill in as much information on this tab as you would like. 
      1. Please note - the assigned user field is important to fill in because this is the person that will receive notifications when an alarm is triggered.
      2. Enter a phone number if you like. This phone number is for read-only purposes.
        1. Please, be sure to select the "Mobile Without App" or "Landline" phone type options when entering a phone number for an enrollee that does not intend to use the EnrolleeApp. Otherwise, if you choose the "EnrolleeApp" phone type, the enrollee will receive an automated text with instructions on how to log into the app. 
        2. Primary ID (Optional) - This field is meant for Social Security numbers only. If a number less than 9 digits is entered into this field, an error will occur when saving the profile, as well as editing the profile after it has been created.

    2. Step 2 - Add Services: Select the Service Type>Device here to assign the ShadoWatch. Next, select the Actions button and assign the watch. 
      1. Assign Shared Exclusion Zones by selecting "Yes" and choosing Shared Zones from the dropdown list.
    3. Step 3 - Add Zones: Create a zone for any inclusion or exclusion areas for the enrollee. This is particularly important to track when an enrollee is leaving a zone when they shouldn't and/or entering a zone they shouldn't be in.
      1. Zone Options
        1. Polygon - Custom Shape
        2. State/County - Create a zone around an entire state or county. (Please Note - Counties are only available per request)
        3. Circle - Circle zone with a radius
    4. Step 4 - Setup Schedule: Create a new schedule to enter days/times the enrollee should be or shouldn't be at a specific location. Select the Device Schedule button to create a new device schedule.

      2. Select Save to add your schedule
    5. Step 5 - Assign a protocol to the enrollee
      1. Select the Assign Protocol button to view a list of available protocols.
      2. Next, select Assign to assign the protocol of your choice
      3. Then select Done
    6. Select Save to create the enrollee profile
