EnrolleeAPP Voicemail

You can use the Enrollee App Voicemail feature to send and receive voicemails to your Officer. 

Sending a Voicemail

To send a voicemail or listen to a voicemail, follow the steps below:
  1. Open the Enrollee App
  2. Select either Voicemail at the bottom of the screen or the voicemail icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Once selected, you can record a voicemail by selecting New Voicemail.
  4. Once recorded, press send.
  5. Once the voicemail is sent, you will see a confirmation screen. No other action is needed. You will receive a notice once your assigned Officer responds. 

Rerecord Voicemail

  1. To rerecord the voicemail, select Rerecord
  2. To delete the voicemail, select the white X in the top right corner of the dialogue box. 
  3. To send the recorded voicemail, select Send
  4. Once the voicemail is sent, you will see a confirmation screen. No other action is needed. You will receive a notice once the assigned Officer responds.

Length of Voicemails


Your voicemails cannot exceed more than 30 seconds. 
A message will be sent to your Officer if a voicemail is attempted to record longer than 30 seconds.
