The Shadowtrack Platform allows officers to receive voicemails from enrollees and send voicemails to their assigned enrollees.

This was formerly known as "Mobile Voice Mail" and has been changed in the platform to "ShadowVmail".

Accessing Voicemails for an Enrollee

The voicemail service can be accessed from one of three ways:
  1. The enrollee profile by selecting the portal icon (Globe) at the top of the page.
  2. The enrollee profile by selecting the notifications tab 
  3. The enrollee tab by selecting the portal icon (Globe) next to the enrollee name located to the right of the page
  4. The User profile under the Voicemail tab.

Review and Reviewed Voicemails.

  1. Not Reviewed
    1. Lists all unreviewed voicemails
  2. Reviewed
    1. Once a voicemail has been reviewed, it will move over to this list. A Date Created, Transcription, Reviewed By and Notes column will list all relevant information.

Create and Send a Voicemail

Access the Portal using one of the two avenues noted in the above section.

  • Select the Voicemail tile.
  • On the screen that appears, you can view.
    • All previously received voicemails .
    • All sent voicemails .
    • Any pending voicemails that are scheduled to be sent in the future.
  • Select the New Voicemail button.
  • To begin recording the voicemail, select the red microphone button and begin speaking.
  • Once the entire message has been recorded, select the red Stop button.
  • To listen to the message, select the play button.
  • To re-record the message, select Rerecord.
  • To schedule the message to be sent at a time in the future, enter the date/time you want the message to be sent. If you do not enter a future date/time, the voicemail will be sent now.
  • Select Send.
  • The User profile under the Voicemail tab.

Enabling ShadowVmail for User

Within the user's profile select "Settings" > "Voicemail Enabled" > "Enabled". Enrollees will now be able to utilize the Voicemail solutions from the EnrolleeApp to leave voicemails for their user.

Enabling ShadowVmail for Enrollee

Within the enrollee's profile select "Services" > "Settings" > "Edit". In the "Voicemail Services" section, select "Yes" for ShadowVmail.
