ShadowMessage EnrolleeApp
ShadowMessage is a solution that allows enrollees and their officers to communicate using continuous messaging. This solution functions like texting, allowing the enrollee and their officer to message in real-time.
How to Access ShadowMessage:
- Open the EnrolleeApp on your mobile phone.
- Select the "Messages" button from the menu.
- Clicking this button will open the messaging thread, showing any previous messages sent and well as create a new message.
- All messages are date/time stamped within the message bubbles.
- Push Notifications are sent to your device when a new message is received.
- Unread messages are depicted with a red circle and the number of unread messages.
ShadowMessage is available using the EnrolleeApp and is compatible for both Android and iOS.
Individual messages are removed from the message thread after 30 days.
