ShadowCuff Installation

Installation

  1. Orient the ShadowCuff 
    1. Hold the ShadowCuff upright, aligning it so the charging connection area faces you with the single circle at the top and the two circles at the bottom.
    2. If the ShadowCuff is oriented incorrectly, it will not lock. A blinking red light will appear, indicating that the ShadowCuff is upside down or oriented incorrectly.
  2. Align the Hinges
    1. Slide the hinges together, ensuring they fit properly into the grooves. The hinges only fit in one direction.
  3. Close the ShadowCuff
    1. Hold the ShadowCuff closed until the second green light in the center, accompanied by an audio confirmation that the cuff is locked.
      1. To ensure the ShadowCuff is properly oriented, make sure the first green light is at the top of the cuff. If the light is at the bottom, the cuff is upside down and will not lock.
  4. Complete Setup
    1. Keep the ShadowCuff still and level as it finalizes the setup. When the third green light appears, the installation is complete.
    2. Position the Comfort Element below the ShadowCuff, wrap it securely around the ankle, and fasten it with the Velcro strap.
