ShadowCuff Device Communication Information

Within the enrollee profile, there is a tab titled "Hardware". When hardware is assigned to an enrollee you can view the device communication information from here. 

Device Communication Information

  1. Navigate to the "Hardware" tab within the enrollee's profile. 
  2. Select "Device" to see the following information displayed
    1. Device ID - this displays the specific IMEI number assigned to the device
    2. BRX - Displays the serial number of the BRX associated to the ShadowCuff
    3. MCH - Displays the serial number of the MCH (wireless charger) associated to the ShadowCuff
    4. Size - Listed size of ShadowCuff (S - XL)
    5. Firmware Version - this displays the version of firmware installed on the device
    6. Activated On - this displays the date/time of the device's activation
    7. Last Location - this displays the date/time the last location was obtained
    8. Last Communication - this displays the date/time the device last communicated with the server
    9. Battery Charging - this displays the battery percentage of the device
    10. Band Open/Closed - this displays whether the ShadowCuff band is open or closed and locked
    11. Actions - these actions are device-specific
      1. Unassign - Unassign hardware from the enrollee
      2. Unlock - Unlock the ShadowCuff through the server instead of using the Security Key
      3. Vibrate - Send a software command to trigger a vibration alert
      4. Siren - Send a software command to trigger an audible alert. A time of 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 5 minute duration can be selected
      5. Pursuit Mode - When activated, the location interval on the device will decrease to 15-second location tracking. This allows for more accurate and frequent location points and can be used when trying to locate a potential absconder. Pursuit mode will automatically deactivate after 10 minutes. The user can deactivate Pursuit Mode before the 10-minute mark manually.
Notes
When assigning a device, the last location and last communication information are cleared, and will populate once communication and data have been confirmed.
