ShadowAlertness Report

The ShadowAlertness Report is an easy way to quickly view and export officer check-ins and details associated with each check-in.

Accessing the ShadowAlertness Report

To access the ShadowAlertness Report, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Tab:

    • Locate the left navigational menu on your dashboard.
    • Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Select the ShadowAlertness Tab:

    • Within the Reports section, find and click on the tab titled "ShadowAlertness".

Understanding the ShadowAlertness Report

Once you're in the ShadowAlertness tab, you will see a comprehensive list of all past ShadowAlertness officer interaction details:

  • Correctional Officer: The Correctional Officer's name.
  • Entity: The entity the Correctional Officer is assigned to.
  • Date: The date and time of the interaction.
  • Message: The message send to the Correctional Officer through the EnrolleeApp.
  • Hospital: The name of the hospital the Correctional Officer is conducting the overnight stay in.
  • Floor: The floor name or number the Correctional Officer is conducting the overnight stay in.
  • Room: The room number the Correctional Officer is conducting the overnight stay in.
  • Latitude: The latitude point captured at the time of check-in/interaction.
  • Longitude: The longitude point captured at the time of check-in/interaction.

Applying Filters

At the top of the report, you have the option to apply filters by using the "Search" button. These filters help narrow down the data to meet your specific needs. By using the filters, you can effectively manage the data and ensure that the report displays only the relevant information.

Deleting Entries

An entry in the ShadowAlertness Report can be deleted by selecting an entry and clicking "Delete" at the top left in between the "Search" and "Export" buttons.

Exporting the ShadowAlertness Report

You have the option to export the ShadowAlertness Report for further analysis or record-keeping. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Click the Export Button:

    • Find and click on the Export button within the ShadowAlertness tab.
  2. Export Limitations:

    • Please note that exporting more than 20,000 rows is not allowed.
    • To manage this limitation, use the search criteria to filter and limit the number of rows in your report before exporting.

Notes
Inmate images are stored for a period of 30 days. Any images older than 30 days are automatically deleted from the ShadowtrackONE platform.
