ShadowFace

ShadowFace is a biometric technology that identifies or verifies individuals by analyzing and mapping their facial features. It works by detecting unique patterns, such as the distance between the eyes, nose, and mouth, to create a facial signature for comparison against stored data. ShadowFace is used within the EnrolleeApp for verification purposes and can be implemented to verify schedule alerts and sobriety testing. 

ShadowVoice

ShadowVoice is voice verification technology that uses a person's voice to authenticate their identity. ShadowVoice works by analyzing a person's voice and creating a unique voiceprint to compare to a live voice sample for identification. Voice verification can be used to identify enrollees using Landline, Mobile Without App, and EnrolleeApp phone services. ShadowVoice can be implemented to verify schedule alerts.

  1. Schedules for EnrolleeApp phone types will default to Facial Recognition. This can be manually changed when creating schedules.
  2. Schedules for Landline and Mobile Without App phone types are defaulted to Voice Recognition and cannot be changed. 
Notes
When an enrollee selects the "Verification" button within the EnrolleeApp, a confirmation screen appears before initiating the verification. This states to the enrollee that continuing further will result in a compliance call listed in their compliance report. This step was added to alleviate "Unscheduled Inbound" calls that were not being completed after the "Verification" button was selected, and therefore marked Non-Compliant.

This is true for self-initiated Voice, Facial, and Sobriety verifications.
