Accessing the Schedules Report
To access the Schedules Report, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Reports Tab:
- Locate the left navigational menu on your dashboard.
- Click on the Reports tab.
Select the Schedules Tab:
- Within the Reports section, find and click on the tab titled "Schedules".
Understanding the Schedules Report
Once you're in the Schedules tab, you will see a comprehensive list of all enrollees with assigned schedules and the following details:
- Enrollee Name: The name of the enrollee associated with the schedule.
- Enrollee ID: The enrollee ID number associated with the enrollee.
- Assigned User: The user assigned of the enrollee.
- Entity: The entity the enrollee is under.
- Active: The active status of the enrollee.
- Mobile Service: The verification type associated with the schedule.
- Type: Depicts the type of schedule assigned.
- Schedule Start: The date the schedule is set to start.
- Disabled: Whether or not this schedule is disabled.
- Disabled Date: The date the schedule was disabled.
- Template: The name of the schedule template assigned to the enrollee.
Exporting the Schedules Report
You have the option to export the Schedules Report for further analysis or record-keeping. Here’s how you can do it:
Click the Export Button:
- Find and click on the Export button within the Schedules tab.
Export Limitations:
- Please note that exporting more than 20,000 rows is not allowed.
- To manage this limitation, use the search criteria to filter and limit the number of rows in your report before exporting.
